The next euro
Your budget, allocated based on data, not habit.
Each platform reaches a different stage in the buying process. The allocation is decided using your CRM data: which channel brings opportunities, not just forms. This is reviewed every month.
Brands and teams I have worked with

Does any of this sound familiar?
01
Every platform claims it works
Google, LinkedIn, and Meta all claim the same lead. You add up their reports, and you end up with more leads than your CRM has.
02
You don’t know where to spend the next euro
Every year, new channels emerge, like ads on ChatGPT or Reddit. Trying them all at once is expensive. Not trying any is costly too.
03
Automated campaigns decide for you
Performance Max and Advantage+ learn from your data. If you only provide forms, they optimize for leads that your sales team discards.
Each platform reaches a different moment
You don’t need to be on all of them. We choose based on where your customer is and what you can measure.
- Google Ads Captures those already searching for what you offer.
- ChatGPT Ads You appear while someone is asking and comparing.
- LinkedIn Ads Reach the exact job title and type of company, even if they aren’t searching for you yet.
- Reddit Ads Enter communities that seek opinions.
- Meta Ads Discovery through interests and audiences.
- TikTok Ads Capture attention with short videos before they search for you.

What’s included
MEASUREMENT FIRST
One single truth for all channels
Before touching an ad, I review pixels, conversion APIs, Consent Mode, GA4, and the import of qualified leads from your CRM. Without reliable data, no platform optimizes well.
Google Ads
Search, Performance Max, and YouTube. Search terms, negatives, and bids with criteria.
ChatGPT Ads and new channels
I test emerging formats, like ads on ChatGPT, with a limited budget and a clear question before scaling.
The landing page
An expensive click landing on a slow or confusing page is money wasted. I review where your ads lead.
Creatives and messages
Ads, short videos, and texts with variants that can be tested. What works on LinkedIn doesn’t always work on Google.
WITH AI
Platform AI, with human criteria on top
I use the automation of each platform and other AI tools to create variants and analyze data. I make the decisions, and what I learn, I share on my blog.
Every month
A cycle that repeats every month
Platforms change quickly. That’s why the work doesn’t end with a plan: it’s measured, adjusted, and started again.
- Measure Conversions, pixels, GA4, and CRM reviewed before deciding anything.
- Allocate The budget goes where opportunities arise, not just forms.
- Test Creatives, pages, and some new channels, with a limited budget.
- Scale What works receives more investment. What doesn’t, is paused.
Agency, in-house team, or consultant
Three ways to manage your paid advertising. None are bad: each fits a moment.
| Agency | In-house team | Freelance consultant | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who manages your campaigns | Depends on the team and how many accounts they handle | Someone who knows your business, not always all platforms | Me, directly, without intermediaries |
| Accounts and data | Sometimes held in the agency’s name | Your own | Your own from day one |
| Allocation among channels | May lean towards the channels the agency excels in | Tends to stick to what the team already knows | Based on the opportunities each channel brings |
| When it fits | High investment and a lot of creative production | When paid advertising is already large and stable | When you want senior criteria without hiring full-time |

Frequently asked questions
What is paid media?
It’s paid advertising on digital channels: ads on search engines like Google, on networks like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, or Reddit, and in new formats like ChatGPT ads. The opposite of organic traffic, for which you don’t pay for each click or impression.
Which platforms do you work with?
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and ChatGPT Ads. You don’t need to be on all of them: we choose based on where your customer is and what you can measure.
Do I have to leave my agency?
Not necessarily. I can audit your accounts and give you a second opinion, or work alongside your agency or team.
How long until I see results?
Measurement and spending adjustments can be noticeable within weeks. Automated campaigns require a learning period and sufficient data, so it’s wise to think in terms of months. In B2B, the sales cycle also plays a role: a lead today may become an opportunity in weeks or months. I don’t promise figures before reviewing your accounts.
Will the accounts still be mine?
Yes. I work with access to your own advertising accounts. If one day we stop working together, everything remains intact.
