Same traffic, more leads
Before buying more visits, convert the ones you already have.
The CRO focuses on the journey from visitor to lead and from lead to opportunity. Each step that improves enhances everything that follows.
Brands and teams I’ve worked with

Does any of this sound familiar?
01
You have visitors, but no leads
Traffic is rising, but demo or contact requests remain the same. Something along the way is holding people back.
02
The website changes based on opinions
The headline, the button, the color: these decisions are made in a meeting without measuring their effectiveness.
03
You pay for every click twice
If the landing page doesn’t convert, every dollar spent on ads yields less than it could.
B2B buyers who prefer not to talk to a salesperson
67 %
Two out of three B2B buyers prefer to decide without a salesperson
A survey by Gartner of 646 B2B buyers reveals this. If they don’t want to talk to sales, your website needs to address their questions and make it easy for them to take the next step.

Change by guesswork or change with method
By guesswork
With method
The entire website is redesigned and we wait to see what happens.
One thing is changed at a time, and its effect is measured.
Ideas come from the person with the most authority in the meeting.
Ideas come from data, recordings, and what your customers say.
A test is considered valid after three days.
A test lasts as long as necessary for the result to be reliable.
What is learned is forgotten.
Every test is documented, whether it wins or loses.
What’s included
FIRST, UNDERSTAND
Where and why people are leaving
Funnels in GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys of your visitors. Before proposing a change, we know what’s going wrong.
Analytics that add up
Well-measured events and conversions, connected to the CRM to know which forms lead to opportunities.
CRO Audit
Usability, messaging, forms, and speed, reviewed page by page.
Speed and technique
A slow page loses visitors before they read anything. I review what weighs the most.
Messaging that responds
Headlines, value propositions, and calls to action that address your customers’ real questions.
A/B Tests
Clear hypothesis, calculated sample size, and a decision at the end of each test.
WITH AI
AI for faster research
I use AI to analyze surveys, comments, and recordings in hours instead of days. What gets tested is still decided by you and me.
Each test
A method that repeats in every test
CRO is not a list of tricks. It’s a loop: every test, win or lose, teaches you something about your customers.
- Research Data, recordings, and surveys to see where and why people are leaving.
- Propose A clear hypothesis: what we change, why, and what we expect to happen.
- Test An A/B test or a measured change, for as long as necessary to be reliable.
- Learn Document the result and decide the next step.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is CRO?
It stands for Conversion Rate Optimization: getting more visitors to your website to do what you want, whether that’s requesting a demo, asking for a quote, leaving their details, or making a purchase.
Do I need a lot of traffic to do A/B tests?
For a test to be reliable, a minimum number of visits and conversions is needed, and in B2B, traffic is often low. If that’s your case, we start with the audit and clear improvements, measuring before and after.
What if a test doesn’t win?
That’s also a result: it saves you from implementing a change that didn’t work and tells you something about your customers. That’s why everything is documented.
How long does it take to notice results?
Obvious fixes are noticeable within weeks. Tests take as long as your traffic dictates. I don’t promise a percentage before seeing your data.
