A single place for every contact
Every lead at their stage, and none goes cold.
The CRM shows where each contact is and what to do next. Automations handle the follow-up, so sales can talk to those who are ready.
Brands and teams I’ve worked with

Does any of this sound familiar?
01
Contacts live in spreadsheets
Each salesperson has their own list, and no one knows the status of each opportunity.
02
The newsletter goes out, but doesn’t sell
The same content is sent to everyone, and no one measures which email leads to a sales meeting.
03
Leads go cold
Someone requests information, and days go by before a person responds. Sometimes, no one does.
Every contact is at a different stage
Email and CRM are used to communicate with each person based on their stage, not to send the same message to everyone.
- Subscriber They have given you their email. They haven’t requested anything yet.
- Lead They have shown interest: downloaded something or asked a question.
- Qualified lead They fit your ideal customer profile and have shown intent. It’s time to pass them to sales.
- Opportunity There is an open sales conversation and a potential deal at stake.
- Customer They have signed. Now it’s time to renew and upsell.
- Referrer They recommend you. The channel you don’t pay for.

Integrations
Website, webinars, LinkedIn forms, ads, and CRM connected, so each lead arrives automatically with its source.
Pipeline and forecasting
Which channel brings opportunities, how long each takes to close, and what is expected to be billed.
Automations
Welcome, lead nurturing, alerts to sales when a lead heats up, and customer reactivation: emails that send automatically at the right moment.
A newsletter that gets read
Segments, subjects, and content that your contacts want to open, measured by the meetings and opportunities they generate, not just by opens.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which CRM do you recommend?
It depends on your team, how you sell, and what you’re already using. First, we look at your sales process and then choose the tool, not the other way around.
What is an MQL and an SQL?
An MQL is a lead that marketing qualifies based on their profile and interest. An SQL is one that sales accepts to work on. Agreeing on these criteria between both teams prevents passing contacts to sales that are unlikely to buy.
Do I need a newsletter if I already have social media?
Social media platforms own the channels; your contact list is yours. An algorithm change doesn’t take away your access to your subscribers.
What about data protection?
Email and CRM work with personal data, so consent and legal basis are reviewed from the start. For specific legal questions, it’s best to consult a data protection specialist.
How long until I see results?
Order in the data and quick responses to leads are noticeable within weeks. Automations improve as they accumulate data and adjust.
