From followers to conversations
Networks that spark conversations with decision-makers.
A clear plan turns posts into conversations with those who choose providers in your industry. That’s what gets measured.
Brands and teams I’ve worked with

Does any of this sound familiar?
01
You post just to post
There’s a calendar, but no one knows what business objective each post serves.
02
You’re on every platform but not really present
Each platform requires its own format and pace. Spreading your efforts too thin dilutes your impact.
03
You measure followers, not clients
Likes go up and down, but you don’t know if anyone has requested a meeting thanks to social media.
Three social media myths worth revisiting
Myth
You need to be on every platform.
Reality
You should be where your customers are and where you can keep up. Sometimes that’s just one or two platforms.
Myth
More followers mean more sales.
Reality
It’s about who follows you, not how many. A thousand followers who make purchasing decisions in your industry are worth more than a hundred thousand who will never buy from you.
Myth
AI can manage your social media on its own.
Reality
AI helps brainstorm and produce faster. The judgment on what to say and to whom remains human.
Who manages your social media
Three common ways to do it. Each fits a different moment.
| Social media agency | In-house community manager | Strategy consultant | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What they do | Production and posting, based on the package chosen | Day-to-day: posts, responds, and moderates | The strategy: where to be, what to say, and how to measure it |
| Knows your business | Depends on the assigned team | Yes, they’re part of it | I study it in depth at the start |
| Measures in clients | Not always | Depends on their tools | It’s the starting point |
| When it fits | You need a lot of content | You have a daily rhythm and budget for a position | You want a plan that your team or agency can execute |
What’s included
FIRST, THE STRATEGY
Where to be and why
Audit of your networks and your competition, target audience, and the role of each network in sales. Before posting more, we decide what to publish.
Social media audit
What works, what doesn’t, and what your competition is doing, with data from your own accounts.
Editorial line and personal brand
Topics, tone, and formats for the company page and for the profiles of the founder and sales team.
Measurement
Visits, leads, and opportunities that come from social media, in a monthly report that’s easy to understand.
Social media advertising
When organic reach isn’t enough, campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, or TikTok connected to your plan.
WITH AI
AI to produce more, in your voice
I use AI to brainstorm, adapt formats, and analyze results. What gets published goes through human judgment and sounds like your brand.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between strategy and social media management?
Management is the day-to-day: posting, responding, and moderating. Strategy decides where to be, what to say, and how to measure if it works. Without strategy, management is just posting for the sake of posting.
Which platforms should my business be on?
On the ones your customers use and where you can keep up. We decide this with data in the audit, not based on trends.
Company page or personal profiles?
Both, with different roles. In B2B, the profiles of the founder and sales team often generate more conversation than the company page; the page provides context and trust for those arriving from them.
How long until I see results?
A change in focus can be seen in measurements within a few weeks. Building an audience that eventually requests meetings takes months of consistency.
